Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated April 11th 2024 This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched, we will require you to cover the delivery charges for the redirection. The charges will be the same as the original delivery charge. Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days after dispatch excluding bank holidays. However, Ora Homeware will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All our deliveries are made by fully tracked courier services. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday. If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you or your customer to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you or your customer do not contact the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to us and both a re-delivery charge and restocking charge will be applicable to your order. Ora Homeware retains ownership of all items until they have been delivered to the recipient (either directly, or by leaving them in a safe place or with a neighbor). Once your goods have been delivered, the risk of damage or loss of the item passes to the recipient. What are my shipping and delivery options? We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on order over £9.99 to England, Scotland and Wales postcodes. Shipping fees We also offer shipping at the following rates: Standard Shipping - 2-4 business days Basket value £0-£9.99: FREE Basket value > £9.99: £3.95+VAT Next day delivery £5 The cut off for next day delivery is 10.30am (Monday to Friday). Please note that if your order is received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, your order will not be processed until the next working day. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms. Do you delivery internationally? We do not currently offer international shipping, however we are working on this to make it available in the near future. Are there other shipping restrictions? Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. What happens if my order is delayed? If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
